Why is my 150 gallon tank have a yellowish color?

I changed the water a week ago, I have the temp of the tank @ 78, and i have 4 fish in it, tetra fish and a algae eater. I have changed the filter and the nitrates were tested at the pet store and they said that they were ok, what else can I do?
