Who do you think is at fault here?

ok so i am driving behind a woman with a huge SUV. it is a wide one lane street on both sides. i am driving right next to the median line while she is like on the far right. all of a sudden, without signaling, she makes a sharp right into an establishment. well it was raining. she crossed sharply into my path and i had to swerve sharply towards the direction she maneuvered to so as to avoid a full frontal t bone. well the car kinder skidded to her drivers side and dented it while mine was dented and slightly smashed up on the right pengers side. she later said she wasnt looking back before she made the turn. whose fault was it ?
