Help! Weird Stalker!!!?

Ok well this guy in my school keeps following me. I'm in middle school (7th grade) and well he always follows me around. So like the other day my friend is in his homeroom and Jared (the kid who stalkes me) well my friend heard him talking with his friends and jared was like "I wish i had a girlfriend" and then my friends like "Ya you wish (My name) was your girlfriend" So he's like "Shutup" Then so annoying kid who is my boyfriends best friend (Jared didn't know that I have a boyfriend) So my bf's best friends like "Oh ya i know (My name) she's dating my best friend (My bf's name) So then Jared like "I'm going to kill him tomorrow" So now Jared keeps calling me a (B!tc) but then my friends like "I thought you like her" and he's like i do but sometimes shes just gets me p!ssed. So i'm just scared that he will hurt my bf cuz i think he probley will. please help wht do i do
