Does having a female Secretary of state place the US foreign policy at a disadvantage?

Since 1992 the US has had 3 secretary of state that were female Albrecht,Rice, Clinton. Now we are dealing with volatile nations such as Libya, Iraq Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, what do these nation have in common... 2 things they are ran my dictator or thugs and none of these countries respect women, so how those having female secretary of states further US interest abroad and does it not place us at certain disadvantage with many countries around the world?....your thoughts
