So there's a 100-ton box heading out to capture some of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico?

Why? That's like using a fire extinguisher to put out the burning chair in the living room, while there's a constant flow of propane gas being pumped in the house. Sure, you save the chair for the moment, but wouldn't your efforts be better spent shutting off the flow of propane? You might just save a bit more of the house that way. After all this time, have they still not devised a plan to shut off the 200,000 galleon per day flow of oil into the ocean from the rig?
