WEED & FEED and my Dog. :(?

So we did the spray weed and feed on our yard on Saturday. Because we live in Washington State it is always wet. Our yard was damp as suggested, however we didnt get enough sunshine for the weed and feed to dry properly as directed. Our dog went out on the gr to use the bathroom and at some point my have licked his paws and ingested some of the fertlizer/weed killer. He was drooling excessively yesterday so I took him to the vet. The Vet gave him Charcoal and told me to watch him for the next 24 hours to make sure that he doesnt get any worse. Well our yard is where he goes to the bathroom. There is really no other option as we fertilized the entire yard. He wont go while on a leash so I can take him elsewhere. It has been raining consistantly since we sprayed. I am wondering if the weed and feed has been rinsed away now? We have alot of standing water in our yard and I have been monitoring to make sure he doesnt step in that. However I cant keep him off the lawn. Just want to make sure that the weed and feed has now been either rinsed or absorbed to safe point. If anyone has the answer to this please let me know. Thanks!
