What is your opinion of the out-of-wedlock birth rate among blacks?

Thats great. I'm a mexican and none of my children were born out of wedlock. Not that i think it is such a big deal. what bothers me are the teen pregnancy statistics and the amount of people depending on welfare to help them take care of these children. If you don't have money or a job, stop fuc****! that's all i gotta say.
