I am trying to raise my Black Skirt Tetra fry/babies! help me please!?

Well, accidentaly they started spawning yesterday, now i have many fry swimming (very poorly) in my aquarium... they have a tank to themselves but i have a question..... I have turned OFF the filter (a very small power filter since its a 10 gallon tank) because i think they will probably be sucked in it! first question, When should i turn on the filter again?? Because i know the tank can gather ammonia, but how can my little fishies live!!? Second question, should i feed them eggyolk, or really fine crushed flakes??? if so, WHEN do they start eating???? i have another 85-gallon tank i want to move them to when they grow, but i GOTTA know when, how, and what to feed them!!! PLEASE TELL ME ALL YOU KNOW GUYS!!!
