Can someone tell me what this poem is about?

For one - you need to credit the author - EJ Pratt. Second - include the title. With some poetry it isn't necessary to include the title, but in this case the title helps define the poem itself "Seagulls". As to what it's about...he's just describing seagulls. Nothing more or less.
