Why is it that the names who are head of each of the "Working Groups" for the SPP are not public information?

Hey you asked me to answer your question honestly I don't really know the answer, but I have a feeling it has to do with them not wanting anyone to know who they are. Now why they don't want any of "us" to know, well that my friend is up to speculation.
