Who died in Edgar Allan Poe's family?

I think I heard that both his biological and foster parents died of tuberculosis? Or is it just his biological parents and his foster mother? His brother died of tuberculosis, but did it also happen to his sister? Any other people in his life died because of tuberculosis? Just need a bit of clarification. Thank you!
