My baby likes rice so much?

Ok he is 16months old i try to give him different food,he likes sometimes cereals,and loves all fruits smoothes and yogurt but for dinner he only want to eat rice with stew,beef stew,green beans i buy in the chinese store,he just loves rice,i am wondering if he will get used of rice and start refusing other food,i mean he can eat a lot!we eats different kinds of food,for example when we eat fish sometimes he will eat and sometimes he refuses,what can i do so he stop eating rice almost every day since he is refusing other food.,
