Do i need to file a tax return for LLC?

If my family established an LLC in June of 2009 and we have not operate the business yet in 2009 (meaning no cash inflow or outflow). Do we still need to file a tax return. I paid the $800 annual LLC fee already and there is 3 manager for the LLC, so i ume this would be defaulted to being taxed as a Parternship. My main concern is how do I or if I even need to file a tax return this year.
