Anyone familar with kid's ugg sizes?

I wear a women's 6 in sneakers and a kids 3 in the Ugg clics. I am looking to order a pair of the ugg ultimate. Is the fit going to be the same as the clics or do I need to order a bigger size. If so which size? Thanks.
